New National Assurance/Affinity Car Insurance/ AAA claims

I still hope that no this year is still getting ****med by Affinity Car Insurance or AAA claims or New National Assurance (not to be mistaken for AA insurance) or their other subsidiaries. I am still paying for a car I paid insurance for three years. These are corporate con- artists of note. I will come to this platform every year until they close down. Stay away from anything with the "Affinity" or New National Assurance.

Next year I am going on radio just for them.

Had an accident on the 20th of August, till today the 19th of September my claim hasn't been processed. The car was written off . A loss adjuster was sent through to investigate(almost a month after the claimed was filed), now apparently they have to appoint another expert because " they didn't find what they were looking for" and I have never intentionally missed even a single payment. I don't have a car and I am struggling to travel to and from work, yet I paid the insurance for my convenience and still have to pay for a car that is not there anymore, because their experts are ***********. I would advise no one to even try this sham of an insurer, I am shocked and appalled by how I am being treated.

My claim was then rejected on the basis that their experts "suspect" that I was speeding. I don't understand how is that the case when the road I was travelling on is riddled with speed humps and potholes.

The scope of the policy is to cover my car, the one I had an accident in. Why do I pay for covering if I am not going to be covered in the event of an accident?. There is absolutely no point. Everything I stated there is true, I don't understand why would I intentionally hit a ***, knowing that I stand a good chance of dying?.

I hope your client base continues to go down drastically, I continue to advise anyone against taking any of your products. And I know many more former clients are doing that. You company doesn't deserve to survive even the next financial quarter.
