Neo National Assurance Company - WHAT A JOKE

In September 2020. My mom had a little bumper and fender bender with our car. Claim and quote submitted. They approved for less. Although been told by the coachworks they need to get parts from Germany. We paid the excess fee already. When we been told to fetch the car the parts were aftermarket parts. Not what Neo National told us what we will get. They refuse to replace the bumper and told the coachworks to repair it. Had a look at the car on Wednesday 11/11/2020, more then 2 months after the little incident. Bumper is in a bad state although in repair. Spoke to Insurefin Broker, she said she cant do anything. Once this matter is resolved I will look for another insurance Company
