Member of staff accessed my personal detials via my policy for her personal use

A member of staff namely Ashika Ramsunder has a private issue with me and has accessed my personal details via my insurnace policy. I have reported months ago but have not received any feedback to date. With the new poppy act in place she should have been dismissed or suspended
