Major disgust with Front Line Broker and New National Insusrance - they are *****s

This company is completing dishonet I would never recommend taking insurance with them. I have a claim the assessor takes my statement but in the same breathe nothing to do with my claim asks if I am insured correctly. He said he will check and help so that I can correct if wrong. Not knowing his intent was to see if I want under insured so that they can may be a minimal claim. They do not even the invoice amount let alone the replacement value. They have come up with their own amount of what my house content should be., I dispute that as most of the belongs to my mom and should not be insured. If I am under insured and there is a loss if is my loss. Why are they basing their payout on my under vale which I dispute. I sent all my pictures to my broker Frontline Broker and they never once corrected my content or pictures to say i am not insured correctly. They are both dishonest and consumer we are taking for a rid by these insurance companies they quick to take your money and never phone you to say lets relook at your policy to see if your covered properly, They say they send a letter to say that. I pay a broker fee and their job is to give advise and his me as a consumer. New National Insurance are fruads and are liers. Something needs to be done. I just want to be paid what i paid for my jewelerry not even the replace value. I have invoices and yet they want to place my house content on New National Insurance number - who are they to state my value they are not professionals -
