Case Manager and claims service from hell
I had a burst water mains fixed in December 2019 and Westwood financial services also unknown has new National assurance refuse to settle claim after a 3 month reading was done always pushing futher reading to be done . Ms Faeema Moosa the case manager was extremely difficult and rude to me being physically disabled stating I’m frustrating her when giving her factual evidence of readings done . I requested the call recording of our conversation without success.
Can someone in upper management call my urgently to resolve my claim and address her unprofessional conduct
I will never advise any client to deal with Ms Faeema Moosa at this company

The loss of water was due to a burst water meter. Ethekwini Municipality have reimbursed you for the 2 loss periods. I have emailed you the invoice from Ethekwini Municipality to confirm same.

Please note that indemnity under the policy is limited to the actual cost of loss of water during the two leak periods. Since Ethekwini Municipality has reimbursed you for the 2 loss periods there can be no claim under the Waterloss policy.
We have also asked Westwood Insurance Brokers to look into the conduct of Faeema Moosa which they will advise on.

You have also approached the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance prior to writing your review on Hello Peter. All documentation was sent to the Ombudsman and we await a ruling from them.
