Car Repairs
I took my car to get fixed at the panel beaters and when it came back there were certain things that were part of the accident that were not fixed. I took it back to the panel beaters and they told me that they quoted to fix those things to get fixed initially but when the accessor came he cut all those things out of the original quote.<br> The things that have not been fixed:<br> 1.The rubber on the passenger side door has scratches on it <br> 2.The window on the passenger side also has scratch on it<br> 3. The rubber on the passenger side widow is damaged.<br> I would like to know why these were remove original quote and why they were removed because the damages happened in that same accident<br>

Arrangements have been made for the complaints to be repaired by the panel beater. The panel beater was the choice of the insured in this case and not a member of our panel. The panel beater is obliged to attend to the complaints as these were authorised in the first place and not removed from the authorised repairs.
