Dear Mr Tijane

I trust you are well.

Following our interaction on February 10, 2025, NNAC advised that your claim would not be paid due to your failure to comply with and adhere to the policy requirements.  We urge you to obey the rules of the road, be cautious, and remain mindful of traffic regulations

In conclusion, you are well within your rights to escalate the matter and pursue all other available remedies.

Best regards

You are blowing hot air, state that you rejected my claim based on events that got nothing to do with accident. You started by lying stating that I met with your loss adjuster to inspect the scene of the accident whilst I have never met the dude secondly you stated that my claim was rejected because the track report shows that I was driving over speed limit at some instances during the trip whilst ignoring that at the instance of the accident the car was driving within the speed limit. You were biased in your decision to reject my claim and that is what small insurances companies like yours do to survive.
BUT I UNDERSTAND YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO SQUARE OF WITH YOUR MASTERS
