100% poor service

I was in an accident with their client and she was at fault after they cheated me of the amount to pay me they still went on to make the payment as a cheque and I long explained how I needed to buy another car ASAP. Now I have to wait 10 days before the money is cleared which part of I need the money ASAP ddnt they understand. How patient can a person be? From October to date calling everyday and sending emails that were not responded to ???
