Worms and webs inside maize meal

I'm disappointment on your maize meal, I bought 10KG at Shoprite when I opened the bag your maize has worms and things like webs inside it's not fine and fresh I made phuthu this evening cause I didn't have a choice it didn't cook well ended up buying bread
