Weazles from shoprite.

I bought a packet of 2.5kg ace quick cook mielie pap from shoprite aliwal north. Upon opening it i discovered alive weazles. I emailed ace tigerbrands yet no response.i phoned shoprite to hear if you havent got slip no exchange.what am i to do .
