We booked Ace carpet cleaning for 26/08/2015 at 12 as we are a business and our Doctors take a Wednesday afternoon off. They arrived at 8 to do the cleaning and also started changing the quoted price and adding extra's onto the quote. Tanya phoned us when we sent the guys away and asked them to come at the agreed time- she screamed and shouted at my receptionist saying she would take us to small claims court then slammed the phone down. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES (IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL THEM THAT).
