bad workmanship and not trust worthy

The workmanship is poor as stitches come loose on seats , we had to send back vehicles more than ones. last time they agreed on paying for the costs to send the vehicle back to fix the problem , but it has been 2 months and no refund yet. no response from Lee Ann Swart. the same vehicle has the problem again.
