Never supporting Ace and Axle RSA

I am highly frustrated with the customer experience i have received thus far and not sure i would return as a customer. Eric has proven to be dishonest and has not resolved this matter that has been outstanding now for over 7 working days.

Summarised - i completed an online order and was told there was an issue and i would have to make a seperate payment whilst i reach out to my bank to reverse the payment - hindsight i realise now that this had no rationale at all. It has been over 7 working days and i have had no joy over a reversal on my payment.

I have sent several follow ups with limited or no responses at all.
