Appalling service , ******* products and ******* practices

The service is totally appalling. You stand there waiting for service whilst the staff discuss the latest rugby results. I was totally ignored for a long time until I just walk out. I once made the mistake to actually buy something there. Eish, what a disappointment : it wasn't working! When I brought it back, I was told by the manager that he will not refund my money because it wasn't company policy !!?? That is obviously nonsense and ******* , but do you think those grumpy gorillas actually give a sh*t?
