Disappointed ex customer

Some times I wonder why ACDC Montana keeps his doors open, there has not been ones, again, not even ones that I went to buy electrical material and their answer is "Sorry we don't have stock, you can pay and we will contact you to come and fetch" is this the rite way to run a business? You'll have to expend twice the fuel and time to get something from them, I would advise to try another electrical shop and don't waste your time going there, if you do, you'll see by yourself.
