Worst customer service

Worst first time experience buying a product at this store in Boksburg. I will never recommend to anyone to use this company. I purchased a deep cycle battery and within 1 week it’s showing signs of fault. I returned the product but still after 4 days no feedback or reply on what they doing to replace battery. I just want a full refund and don’t want to do business with this supplier ever….worst customer service ever
