Very poor service

Got the wors service ever from them. Went to them and asked for 63A breakers that I was going to use on my solarpannels they supp**** me ac breakers and said that they will be fine for the job. Within 2 months they started to overhead and trip. I got the correct breakers and took the faulty ones back. They said that they will get back to me cause they were in the proses of moving shop. Someone contacted me the following week and said they are aware of my problem and they will get back to me. A month later I did not hear any thing from them and I went back to the store demanding to speak to the manager he came out and said he can't find any thing about my switches but he will find out and get back to me. The Monday he phoned and said that he is still investigating and will get back to me. It is now 6 weeks since the manager said he will get back to me. I have no proof of the purchase cause they took my slip and said that they need it for the credit. Spend almost R1000 for stock that I do not have.
