Very poor after sales customer experience

Please be very aware when buying a solar system setup from ACDC Express in Strubensvalley, their customer service is extremely poor. I was supp**** the wrong cable for charging my battery from my inverter and it was only running at about 80%. On Tuesday JC, the branch manager came and changed the cables and since then my inverter now only works at 25% capacity When trying to get resolution I was told it's because I didn't use the electricians they are promoting business for, but paid my own qualified electrician or otherwise it's because I am using too much power - eventhough nothing I was using before the change was different Deciding where and how to get Solar as it's such an expensive investment is so difficult, so rather buy from someone who cares about their customers, Leroy Merlin also stock ACDC inverters
