Very bad service and unkempt promises.

These people do not deserve one star. We purchased an inverter from them during loadshedding. They promised that it would run all that we asked. We should have put it in writing and had them sign it. The batteries packed up just before lock down and now we are sitting with a useless piece of Chinese ******* that cost us a fortune and the staff just deny making all the promises. Useless place and if one business deserves to sink, this one can go with pleasure. They will never see us again, not even for a globe. I am so sick of people saying anything to make a sale and once the money is through, they want nothing to do with you.
