UNKEPT PROMISES

Firstly ACDC charged us R18.98 per 3 ply surgical mask in April 2020 - the manager would not refund us when we said that they had overcharged. They should be examined by the consumer protection act. Then we returned a SILUX home system - the receivers keep having to be replaced the system does not connect to the wifi properly and just not user friendly - I have returned the system, supp**** all the slips and on numerous occasions my bank details and they just keep promising to refund which never happens this has been going on for three months.
