Terrible products and service

I wonder why I bother to buy anything or attempt to buy anything. Two years ago I purchased 12 4x4 sockets with USB, and none of them passed the COC as the earths didn't work. All the earths had opened up. I purchased 6 LED 5ft cool white tubes. two didn't work upfront, and another two failed within a week. I was told it was surges. Bull!! I have 27 surge protectors in and around all my other equipment. Today I drove an hour looking for something very specific which they had at Richmond park. And the crowning glory, I stood around for 30 minutes waiting to pay for goods. Eventually gave up due to the " couldn't give a toss" attitude by the people working the tills. And so slow. You guys need to make a fast lane check out. Your staff are going to destroy your business. Imagine If I was ready to spend R100K. That a lot of income and commission for one sales person. Not that I saw one on the floor. I am done with ACDC period.
