Telephonic sales are terrible

Cannot get a hold of any sales person at ACDC ***). I sat on the line for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to assist me with a price. By that time I have already email multiple other suppliers and received quotes back. Automated voice says "Your position in queue is 1" then a minute later line gets put down.
