SALESMAN FROM HELL
<p>DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER......In this case a building. Desperately looking for a solar solution for my new house this morning, I was so happy when I came across ACDC EXPRESS, Pepper Square, Cnr North Rand Road and Oosthuizen Street, Bardene Ext 12. However the arrogance, rudeness and bad attitude I received from the sales man literally spoiled my morning. For someone who is meant to be the point of contact for ACDC Express and potential clients, his character and attitude left me leaving that shop with hopes of never seeing it or hearing of it again. I need a solar option for my house, and asked him what i needed to get one running. Needless to say, I left without the solar components or the information. What I did get though was that he read a lot of solar jargon on the internet and assumed I was such an idiot because I asked him. What is this attitude? A salesman should not have such attitude. I will never go to ACDC Express again nor recommend anyone to it. Again I would like to urge the management to train their staff to provide better customer service to others.</p>
