Rude staff, ******* products, and they ***** your money

I went to the Alberton branch. The service there is appalling. I waited for service whilst the staff were discussing the latest rugby results. I was totally ignored for a long time until I just walk out. If you ask a staff member to help you in the shop they say it's not their department and ask at the counter. When you go to the counter you get ignored. I once made the mistake to actually buy something there. It was a solar product. Eish, what a disappointment : it wasn't working! When I brought it back, I was told by the manager that he will not refund my money because it wasn't company policy !!?? The staff are rude and unhelpful, they sell stuff that doesn't work and the manager is a *****! Avoid !!!
