**********! No product warranty at all

<p>Lesson Learned: ACDC Express offers no customer warranty and zero refund policy. Beware, if you take it...it's yours regardless! Buy single units first if you really have to buy from them, otherwise shop elsewher or online, far less risky.</p> <p>In December I wanted to install some LED lighting in my guest cottage at home and purchased the correc specification buls x 20 from ACDC Express in Fourways. On installation, only 1 bulb worked, not the rest, and I had 4 unopened and sealed bulbs left.</p> <p>I returned to the store to some very helpful sales people, and told them my story. They then took the open bulbs and tested them in their own test centre, with the same result, none worked! I asked for a replacement and they said they would have to send the units back to Head Office for an opinion. I left. The next day they called back to tell me that they now all work, and that it was the transfromer that needs to be replaced (at a cost of R280 per transfromer, more than the bulbs...you must be joking!).</p> <p>I returned to the store, and asked for a refund of the unopen bulbs, and they flatly refused saying that they as a policy do not give refunds. I now have 18 bulbs which will cost me more than the original purchase price to get to work in my home...what a rip-off!</p>
