RETURN POLICY
Return policy. Be aware when buying from this place that if you return defective merchandise purchased from them, they will not refund your money. You have to purchase something else. If you can't find anything else to purchase you leave your money with them and they issue you a credit note. You then have to find money to buy the product elsewhere. This my experience recently after I purchased a defective surge protector multiplug. I returned the product only to learn of their no refund credit policy displayed next to the cashier window. I saw the product at Makro but cannot buy it as the money is trapped at ACDC. I will have to be more next who I do business with.

23 Oct 2022, 18:56I had the same experience. Later I used the credit to buy an analog plugin timer switch but I could not operate it. I went back to the shop no one knew how it works until an old white gentleman came and tried to show mw. I did not understand and he ended up setting it up for me. It did not switch on and off at the times I wanted and I ended up giving up on it. It is now decorating my tool cabinet
