REFRAIN FROM PURCHASING AN INVERTER FROM ACDC EXPRESS WITBANK!

I would not advise anyone to buy an inverter from ACDC, they sold us the entire equipment including ACDC branded batteries which ended up being faulty in less than a year of purchase. The batteries were returned on the 23 of April 2022 after a series of load shedding outages made us realize that there is a problem with the batteries which would only last 45 minutes during an outage . The manager/Franchisor Mrs Charlotte Mpayane prescribed an installer to us which she later blamed for the faulty batteries stating that his installation was at fault whereas when we made the purchase Mrs Mpanyane stated that if we do not use one of the two installers that she has prescribed then we must not come back to her with a complaint. The inverter was purchased on the 20th of May 2022 and they stated that we are guaranteed that the batteries would work for five years before needing replacement. We reported the matter to the head office which was also a waste of time and effort as they were not willing to assist and also blame shifted. Mrs Charlotte Mpanyane from ACDC Express Witbank will give you royalty treatment when making a purchase but will be cold as ice and rude when you come back with a complaint. All we needed was for them to fulfill their warranty promise and at least replace the batteries.
