Poor service

I am so fed up with the poor service from this company! I bought 2 geyser timers from them which do not work. I returned it to the shop which they exchanged it for me. Also those timers were faulty which I demanded a refund which I was declined, they have to send the items for testing. Three weeks passed with no one calling me to follow up or give me any feedback. I had to go in store to find out what is happening, only to find out they received the timers back stating it is working fine. The technician will call me to explain which he did the next day only. His explanation did not make any sense and promised to send me the wiring diagram to me straight away. More than a week passed with no diagram sent to me. In the meantime I connected the timer the way that the technician explained to me but it still didn't work. This morning I called the manager demanding a refund, he can keep his stock, I want nothing from them anymore, only my money back. He still had the nerve to say he cannot do that, he needs to send it in for testing again. They are testing my patience! Absolutely poor service! ACDC Secunda, you suck! Very disappointed in how you handled this situation. You will never see me support you again!
