POOR SERVICE

Absolutely poor service. I bought a rechargeable emergency LED light from the store. According to the light's specs it is supposed to last 3 to 4 hours when fully charged, however it lasts less than an hour. I took it back within a week after purchase for a refund. I was however told that I cannot get a refund neither can I exchange it. They must send it to their technical department for a fault report and it will take no longer than 2 weeks to come back to me. Going for 4 weeks now without any answer. I visited the store twice since then only to get the same answer "waiting for technical for report". Other shops / businesses has no problem refunding and/or exchanging an item if faulty if taken back within a week. I also emailed this complaint to ACDC themselves but still not getting any feedback. I will most definitely not support ACDC Express any longer.
