poor quality assurance

I don't understand why a ACDC can put their logo on their products without doing any QC on the product. I bought an outdoor electrical socket outlet at Leroy Merlin but the *****s that attached the socket outlet to the box did not fit. I had to drill the holes open so that the little *****s can fit on the supports of the socket outlet
