Pathetic Service!!!!!!

I am more and more convinced that ACDC Head Office have absolute no interest in their customers, aftermarket sales or complaints.

It's been over a week since I've published a complaint on Hellopeter, and till today have not even had a response from ACDC on my review. Is it just that they don't give a f*** or merely just bad customer service???

I've made numerous phone calls and sent several emails over the past couple of months with no resolution to my matter. This just proves to me how pathetic ACDC Head Office actually is by leaving their customers hanging and hoping that we will eventually give up and sparing them to actually admit to the cheap and faulty products they sell.

Think I've figured what the true meaning behind the ACDC abbreviation is: A - All C - Complaints D - Don't C - Complete

I WILL make sure that ACDC resolve this!!!!!!!
