Pathetic Company

I am so disappointed with the service I received so far from this place I have contacted the branch and head office numerous times but they do not bother assisting. I bought an expensive water heating unit which is faulty and it is longer than a month they are sitting with this unit as I had to return it. I requested a refund and nothing has happened as yet. Do not ever buy anything from this company because their stuff is faulty and they don't bother assisting clients
