No aftersales service -

Boksburg - Was looking for a normal Lead Acid battery for our alarm system, and they didn't have. The sales lady convinced us to buy this Lithium battery which is 3x the price because it has a 3 year warrantee and it will be the end of our problems. Although the specs say drop in replacement, it obviously isnt. The battery didnt work, and we took it back 4 days later as it was already swollen a bit. It is now 4 weeks since we bought the battery tomorrow and between Collette, Willie, Stefan etc, we are getting absolutely no where. They keep on saying they will call back today, but they can not do anything until they get a report. We are now fed up. In the meantime we replaced the battery which was a further expense. So as this is our consumer right, we just want a refund as simple as that. Nobody comes back to us, we have to call every 2-3 days and we are getting no where.
