Never again

From what I have read here, it is the same that I experienced. Bought a 24V, 3KVA inverter and 4 batteries. 1 year on and my batteries are "moeg / kaput". My queries and questions fell on deaf ears with no real answers. ACDC offered and did replace only 1 battery, although all 4 are from the same batch. They blame me for setting up the inverter incorrectly - yet all the information I worked with was from instore personnel and the booklet. In short, the inverter settings is not on par for the Lead Acid batteries they sell to the clients - hence the batteries are drained to below their operating discharge level. Never is a long time, but NEVER will I support ACDC again and will NOT recommend them either. PS. Something I found from other companies is that they actually supply a Spec Data sheet with their batteries which tells you exactly how the batteries should perform and be utilized, something ACDC does not give, even though I asked for it...
