Misleading information and no aftersale service

The customer service does not even deserve the “one star”, its virtually non existent once they have your money. Purchased a few smart switches which they claimed were the same as one’s from opposition company. When installed only to realise they are not dimmer type. Upon querying, they want you to buy a dimmer module at double the price of the switch? Product knowledge buy everyone at the store is poor which lead to this situation.
