Horrible service,

I requested sales person if LED's are standard units and if they will work on any 12v transformer, bought LED's on Saturday and when they didn't work I took them back on the Monday. Only to be told no refunds and we'll need to send the units to repair center to be checked and only after that we'll evaluate a credit as we don't do refunds. 2 People behind the desk both very rude and openly discussing how they scream back at rude customers. Horrible experience. I might as well write off the money. Please avoid them for lighting.
