DON'T USE ACDC - Find another electrical supplier (Cromlek, Voltex, anyone)

NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO ACDC SHOP IN SOMERSET WEST I took my old power source to ACDC and asked for a new unit with same specs. They sold me a power source that was faulty. I returned the unit and asked for a refund or a replacement. Was told no, they need to test the faulty unit first. Was told 30 days to test. I couldn't wait that long so I bought a 2nd unit and said they can refund me when they have concluded their test. The 2nd unit did not work either. I was told to bring that back too so that they can test. They then told me both units were working. My electrician tested and they were not working, he even used his own power source to check LED lights were not faulty. I was then told to come back for the 5th time and get refund but they were taking a 15 percent handling fee and I would need to come back for the 2nd refund. I walked out the store very angry because after 5 visits to ACDC I have yet to get a product that works and I am R400+ down.
