Consumer rights ignored by ACDC

My son's electrician purchased two irrigation pumps recently. He one pump stopped worked soon after.and the electrician then proceeded to exercise our right to have it replaced. ACDC claims that it needed to be sent to JHB for testing. 2 weeks later we are still frustrated by the terrible lack of service and their obvious dishonesty.
