BEWARE OF AC/DC STRIJDOM PARK

ACDC in Strijdom Park gave me a pathetic services, I bought a 3 phase kWh meter on 09/06/2021 using an actual picture of the meter I want to replace which is 1600 kWh which they did not have on stock and it had to be ordered from one of their branches, and they told me it will be available the next day which was not a problem, the next day they called me in deed and told me it was ready for collection. However I couldn’t collect it then and I went there to collect it on the 12/06/2021. When I got to site and unpack it it was 400 kWh and I took it back immediately.The white lady at collections took it back and told me because it is a Saturday she can’t make an order of the one I’m looking for, the process can only be done on Monday and she did not give me any documentation as proof for the returned item. On my way out I thought this is risky if anything goes wrong I won’t have any proof that I’ve returned it, then a guy by the name of Petrus came out, I saw his name on his name tag and I told him about my concern. We went back and he made a copy of the receipt and he also assured me that I will to be helped on Monday. Which was not a problem until I did not receive any call from them the whole day on Monday and when I called them on Tuesday I was told the KWh meter I returned was used and they can’t take it back. First of all the connection points are not the same hence we where able to realize something was wrong.
