Bad service from ACDC & Blue Nova

I bought Blue Nova Lithium with 3years warranty. I had returned it for repairs and was told it has surge damage to the Battery management system. When I asked for the test report i was sent photocopy snippets of some document. I forced to pay for the repairs even thou they could not provide any scientific report confirming the damage I resorted to pay for the repair. Two months down the line I still have not received my battery. Be wary of ACDC not honoring their warranty claims including the limited facts they supply to justify for payment. Blue Nova could not assist in any way as they referred me back to ACDC. I am not even sure who is carrying out the repair ACDC or Blue Nova
