Bad Service - Alberton Branch

At the beginning of April I purchased a lot of electronic equipment which included 4 rechargeable lights. After I charged them initially and tested them I found 1 LED light to have a defective light switch. I then took it to the branch to have it exchanged, but they stated that they only will take it in for repairs. Mind you, this is a brand new light!!!! It is two months down the line and I have not yet heard from them whether the defective light was fixed and when can I come and fetch it. I actually wanted my money back, but they refused. Their service is beyond shocking and I will never use them again.!!!!
