Appalling products and service. They don't care about the SA consumer legislation.

This franchise is terrible. Terrible service, worthless products. They refuse to refund two lamps that were faulty, replaced them with two more that were also faulty. Despite an over R1200 spend, they accused me of "taking a chance" on a R120 light? One star is way too many. Just appalling. Other disgruntled customers were at the desk. This business must be failing to offer such poor customer service. (Theft actually).
