ACDC Montana Management have bad customer service

I'm an Electrical Contractor last year November I was about to buy material at acdc my colleague mistakenly deposited money into montana branch account instead of brakpan branch, ACDC Montana refused to transfer funds to brakpan branch they said we should ask for refund, that refund it was paid a month after.

On Thursday last week I did quote on material at Montana ACDC they told me they have a material, I tried swiping the material but my card had already exceeded a limit, then I did EFT while I was in the shop sent sales person a proof of payment after that when I was about to leave the shop was told I can't leave the shop till when the money it has reflected in their account. We waited for 2 hours at the shop till they told me their closing I can't leave with the products, then the manage said I can cancel the order soon as my money appears in their account they will immediately transfer it back. On Friday morning sales consultant called to tell me the money has appeared should they do the refund I said yes. Till today haven't received my money I called head office of ACDC they followed the case and they told me that Montana said they will the refund. This affected my business so bad. I doubt will ever use Montana ACDC again
