ACDC Gezina... EDRICH OOSTHUIZEN-Manager(Very bad customer service)

Please do not purchase anything from ACDC Gezina. Bad service. So I purchase a couple of rechargeble lights for ACDC. The lights did not even last 3 months. When I took it back to the store, I was informed by Edrick Oosthuizen that they could not return it for me. I told them that we currently are experiencing lots of load shedding and I do have a son who is in Matric, therefore lights are crucial. They couldn't care much. Furthermore I was told that they will sent it in for repairs and will get back to me after 4-6 days..... I only got a response after 8 days just to inform me that they will not be able to fix the globe. Where does this leave me I paid alot of money for that globes. I did buy a Magneto Rechargeble 6 years ago and till today it did not give me any problems. Very disappointed client.
