ACDC Fourways Rotten customer care.

I am a solar professional solar/backup system installer. I needed some stock so I went to ACDC to acquire such, I am from the area and am there quite often.

But today the customer service was beyond any lousy service I ever had experienced in my life.

1. I stood at the right side of the service counter and waited but the staff was busy with clients, so eventually I moved to the left side because the big caucasian male had his last client in front of him. he then slowly did the paperwork, went out of his way to allow the client to pay for his goods. he then walked past me, to fetch such goods from the rack and walked passed me again, the whole time I stood at the corner in plain sight and he must have taken note of me. another client walked in and started telling him his inverter is faulty and it is in his vehicle. When the staff member was finished with his current client he turned around and walked around the service desk to go and assist the client who walked in after me. there was a queue behind me which was the queue to pay. he never could have had any other impression that I was waiting for him. he deliberately choose to ignore me then. the rest of the sales staff disappeared... Nobody was even trying to offer me a service. A great time Schoker ACDC. 2. I have now stood there on more than one occasion and listened to the sales staff not telling the client the real truth about solar or backup solutions they required. They sell batteries to clients without informing them about SOC or SOD times, and what a point .05C or even .01C means. the stories I have heard about portable inverters is a roller in itself. it is very clear to me that they are there to make the sale and nothing else.

I will never use ACDC again.
