ACDC Fourways bad after sales experience(****mers)

My name is Jabulani Radebe, I bought a new fiberglass fishtape from ACDC Fourways on Wednesday 5th April 2023.

On using it for first time to pull two 5 meter wires through a 20mm conduit the crimped wire hook snapped off. I then went back to the store on Wednesday 12th April 2023 to have the item replaced, it was in it's original packaging. I was told by Tanya from ACDC Fourways that she spoke to Shane(head office repairs) who said the item is robust therefore it must have been customer abuse. I don't know how Shane came to that conclusion without even seeing the item.

The brach manager(Gloria Snyman) was called by Isaac on 13th April 2023 to explain the situation, she also didn't help.
