ACDC Express warranty and guarantee are worthless

I purchased a cordless angle grinder from ACDC Express in December 2021. In April 2022 the 4amp battery stopped charging. I returned it to the store. I was told after a fairly long wait that batteries were considered a consumable item and where not covered by any warranty of guarantee. I purchased the battery and the cordless grinder as a box set. I was not informed of the battery not being covered by any warranty or guarantee.

About a month after this the cordless angle grinder stopped working. This I again returned to the store. In desperation to find out how the grinder repair or replacement was going I got hold of the head office. After a lot of phone calls mainly made by myself I was told that the claim was rejected. When asked why I was told that I had been abusive to the machine and not been using it for what it was designed for. I use it for cutting, grinding and polishing metal, for cutting the old ceramic tile and for cleaning roof ridges so I can apply a waterproof membrane. I love all my tools and look after them and use them appropriately.

I asked the technician if I was supposed to use the cordless angle grinder for dress making purposes.

I need help.
