AC/DC Express Centurion Lifestyle (Stay Away!!!)

We went to AC/DC express by centurion lifestyle and we purchased 400w metal halide lights at R300 a lightbulb, we did this on 3 separate occasions and in total we purchased 4 lightbulbs amounting to over R1000 , the glass on the first lightbulb we bought melted and touched the elements inside causing it to blow, we went back and bought another lightbulb and the same exact issue occured, we then changed the lights that we had thinking it was that and went back to purchase another 2 lightbulbs and once again the glass melted and the lightbulbs blew (i have pictures aswell as the actual lightbulbs still to prove this) so we returned to AC/DC express by centurion lifestyle and explained ourselves and the issue, they then asked if we has an invoice and we said not us because of the staggered times we purchased the lightbulbs aswell as thinking it was our lights causing the issue we has lost the invoices, but we had the bank transactions aswell as when we purchased the lightbulbs we had to provide our names, and telephone numbers before wr could purchase them, AC/DC told us that if we have an invoice they can send it to head office and "see what they can do" and we asked if they can just look on the system to see that we purchased it and match it to our bank statements and they refused saying that they can find out transaction but they not allowed to look for it ? They then ssid if we had the slip we could get store credit to get new lightbulbs but they only have the same metal halides that we have been purchasing already ? The lightbulb all have AC/DC written all over them also so there's no mistaking its their product. We bought new bulb from a different manufacturer and theres not a single issue, so clearly AC/DC doesn't want to help their customers and it also is okay with stocking inadequate products and offering the same inadequate products in return for the inadequate products breaking in the first place. Just stay away is all i can say!!
