ACDC Express Alberton

I am so disappointed about ACDC Alberton customer service. l bought complete solar solution in August 2023 it never delivered what it intended to from initial installation. I told them but was total ignored. It took them a month to finally listen to me. Inventer had a problem, it was returned they didn't even arrange transport, l had to deliver it myself to their head office for repairs as a 3rd party. I am now without back up power on new device which l bought within a month. This is the worse service l had ever received as a customer. I truly hate this experience but for them l am one black customer and l understand.
