ACDC Express

My first review was filed under ACDC Montana but should actually have been filed under ACDC Express - (my experience was at their Montana branch though.) This being my second review I believe they will never ever respond after I have read the other reviews on Hellopeter. I can safely conclude that ACDC will never respond to any reviews by their customers. I am so happy another branch opened just around the corner from me because ACDC Montana will never see me and my friends again. -My first review - ACDC Montana If it was possible to give ACDC Montana a negative -5 stars I would. I bought a solar light on 18 Jan 2022 which is advertised as 200W/2500lm, 30W PV Panel in their latest quarterly specials. I took it back the next day 19 Jan because it was only 1100lm and not 2500lm. They first hinted that the wrong light was advertised in the specials but on Saturday I confirmed with their head office the light in the adverti*****t is correct. I got the replacement light this morning, 8 days later, and when I got home, I saw it was the wrong light again. It has a 20W PV Panel and not 30W as advertised. I got the correct solar light with the correct advertised specs back in June 2021, same as the one being advertised now but what they sell you this time around is something completely different. I waited 8 days for this replacement light and if I take this one back it will be another 8 days I am sure. I am not even going to bother but I need to warn any and all prospective customers, ACDC Montana is a nightmare.
